What Agentier is

Agentier is an iPhone app for families looking after an aging parent. The parent gets one simple screen: today's pills with an "I took it" button, the next appointment and who is driving, a "What is this?" camera for letters, bills and pill bottles, buttons to call family, and "I need help". A helper voice, Rachel or Liam, reads everything aloud in the parent's language.

Caretakers (you and your siblings) see what happened today, get alerts when something needs attention, and keep medications, appointments and documents in one place.

Setting up your parent's phone

Your parent never needs an account or a password. You pair their phone once:

1. On your iPhone, sign in with your email and create your parent's family circle.
2. Install Agentier on your parent's iPhone and set it up as your parent's phone.
3. In your app, choose to pair a phone. You'll see a 6-digit code and a QR code, valid for 15 minutes.
4. Scan the QR code with your parent's phone, or type the 6 digits. Their screen appears straight away.

If the parent's phone is lost or replaced, unpair it from your app and pair the new one the same way.

Adding siblings

Anyone in the circle can create an invite code in the app. Your sibling enters it after signing in on their own iPhone and joins the same circle.

Deleting your data

Email us from the address you sign in with and tell us what to delete. See the privacy policy for details.
